LIVIN

Through the development of cutting edge education programs, apparel and community awareness initiatives LIVIN aims to break the stigma surrounding mental health, encourage one another to talk about their feelings and challenges in order to help people start ‘LIVIN’ again.
LIVIN offers a 45-minute mental health educational program called LIVINWell that is delivered by one of their experience and highly relatable facilitators with a blend of lived experience and mental health training. The program aims to break the stigma of mental health, enhance self-efficacy (helping both yourself and others) and encourage help-seeking.
LIVINWELL CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING:
- Overview of LIVIN, including an inspiring and heart-felt video explaining LIVIN’s origins.
- Conversations to drive stigma reduction.
- Information on warning signs and symptoms of mental health challenges.
- Practical strategies to help those around you who might be struggling.
- Effective strategies to help yourself (coping strategies/ stress management strategies).
- Information on organizations who can provide professional help.
WHO ARE WE SPEAKING TO?
The LIVINWell program has been deliberately designed to connect with diverse audiences. The LIVINWell program is primarily delivered to:
- High Schools
- Workplaces (all industries)
- Sporting Clubs
The LIVINWell program is offered and delivered to schools within the Wimmera.
