Grampians Community Health delivers a broad range of primary health care & community services for individuals and families in the Grampians region. Their aim is to promote healthy living in the Grampians whilst improving the standard of living.
Their range of services for youth in our community is aimed at educating, prevention and providing support for those most in need.
The programs provided by Grampians Community Health are extensive and fall under the service areas of: Drug & Alcohol Services – Family Violence Services – Gambler’s Help – Counselling Services – Youth Services – Homelessness – Chronic Disease Programs – Mental Health – NDIS.
